Founded in 1982 by Valter Pagnoni, it was initially a company specialized in subcontracting for the mechanical industry.
From 1994 to 1999, the company underwent a transformation: from subcontractor to manufacturer of machine tool spindles, thanks to a series of investments aimed at modernization and development of the machinery fleet.
The decade 1999 – 2009 marked the rise of the company, establishing itself in the national market as one of the leading producers in the sector, thanks to high-quality standards and the ability to create custom products.

Since 2009, Pagnoni has been engaged in the internationalization of the company and the process of expanding the product range, competing with the main producers in the sector and initiating exports to European and Asian markets.

Currently, Pagnoni Tools aims to meet the demands for both standard and custom components based on customer specifications.
